1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AI App Store ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AI App Store is a marketplace where independent creators ("Builders") can list and sell AI-powered web applications, and users ("Buyers") can discover and purchase them. We facilitate transactions but do not develop the third-party apps listed on the platform.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Purchases
All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. By making a purchase, you receive a license to access and use the purchased app as provided by its Builder. The AI App Store does not guarantee the availability, functionality, or quality of third-party apps.
5. Builder Terms
Builders retain ownership of their apps. By listing on the AI App Store, Builders grant us the right to display, promote, and facilitate sales of their apps. The platform retains a 15% fee on each sale. Builders are responsible for the content, functionality, and support of their apps.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: use the Service for unlawful purposes; upload malicious software; attempt to access other users' accounts; scrape or harvest data; interfere with the Service's operation; or misrepresent your identity or app functionality.
7. Limitation of Liability
The AI App Store is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or any third-party apps purchased through it. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
